· Femco HL25N with Hydrafeed Bar Feeder (Ø50.8mm Bar Capacity) 

· Colchester 110 with MBF1000 Bar Feeder (Ø50.8mm Bar Capacity)

Barber & Bonds Ltd houses x7 CNC Mills with the following specifications;

· Hardinge GX1000 (1020mm x 540mm x 540mm) 

· x3 Hardinge VMC1000p3  (1020mm x 510mm x 510mm)

· Hardinge VMC1000e  (1020mm x 510mm x 510mm)  with 4th Axis

· Hardinge VMC760/22  (800mm x 520mm x 500mm) with 4th Axis

· Hardinge VMC560/22 (580mm x 410mm x 480mm) 

As well as our CNC machines we also house a number of conventional machines to assist us with our manufacturing. We currently have the following;

 ·  XYZ SMX 2000 Turret Mill

 ·  Hardinge HLV-H Super Precision Lathe

 ·  Colchester Triumph 2000 Lathe

We have a dedicated inspection room which accommodates the following;

 ·  Aberlink Axiom Too CMM

 ·  Tesa Hite 400 Digital Height Gauge 

 ·  Certified calibrated gauges including plug, pin, ring and thread gauges

 ·  Certified calibrated digital verniers and micrometers

We also stock a wide variety of fully traceable materials giving us the ability to start machining components almost immediately. If we do not have stock, our trusted supplier base will be able to source and supply most materials for next day delivery.
